I’m a licensed therapist providing individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults located in Indiana and Illinois who are navigating life’s challenges. Whether that means managing anxiety, working through trauma, overcoming OCD, or simply wanting a safe place to reflect and heal. Guided by empathy and evidence-based practice, I honor your unique story and pace, helping you lighten your emotional load by nurturing the strength and resilience already growing within.
